These terms set below are between us (“we”, “Amanda Arlotta”, “our”) and you (“customer”, “user”, “your”). Please note that your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Service. Since Amanda Arlotta may revise this Agreement at any time, you should visit this page periodically to review the terms of your use.
Limited Edition Prints
Our limited edition fine art prints (collectively, the “Print”, “Prints”) come signed with the edition number, title, artists name and year by the artist, Amanda Arlotta. Each edition is limited to a specific print run amount (such as 75 or 100) across all sizes.
Every Print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist, Amanda Arlotta. This certificate certifies that the associated Print is an authentic, limited edition fine art print produced using 100% archival paper and inks.
Ordering
It is your responsibility to review the product image(s), edition title, size, price, currency, processing time, shipping fees and all other order details (collectively, the “Shop Details”) including in checkout to verify the completeness and validity of your information before purchasing any goods. All orders must be submitted through the Website (www.amandaarlotta.com). Prices for the Prints on the Website do not include the shipping fee. The currency on the Service is set in Canadian Dollar (CAD).
Once your order has been placed, we will email you your receipt with your order number confirming your purchase. If we are unable to fulfil your order request for unforeseen reasons (such as weather conditions or illness) or unable to process your order on time to delays (such as seasonal holidays or large increase in orders), we will contact you.
We may modify the Shop Details at any time without notice. Amanda Arlotta reserves the right to cancel any orders submitted for any reason.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. By purchasing any Print(s) on our Website you validate that you have the legal right to use any debit or credit card you supply and that the information you provide is complete and accurate.
Delivery
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping time and rates vary on destination.
Canada: Standard Shipping (5-13 business days), Express Shipping (2-7 business days).
United States: Standard Shipping (7-15 business days), Express Shipping (5-8 business days).
* All shipping estimates include processing time.
Processing your order may take up to 2-5 business days to prepare before shipment. Though, we try to process and ship orders as fast as possible.
We deliver to Canada and United States. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped by the delivery option stated in your request, unless there are unforeseen reasons or time delays in which we will contact you. Orders are deemed completed at the time of delivery to the address supplied in your order.
All Prints are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is the customers responsibility for any payment of import charges, duties and/or taxes whether domestic or international.
Returns
If you’ve changed your mind after placing your order please contact us. If your order has not been shipped upon refund request, we will issue a full refund. Once your order has been shipped all sales are final.
Privacy and Protection
We take strict precautions to keep your information protected and safe. By using our Service you consent to the collection, storage and use of your data. We will not share your information to any third party outside our Website, unless it is required to process and fulfill your order. All sensitive information collected by us (such as debit or credit data) is encrypted to ensure its protection.

Colour
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products and Prints that appear at the Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate including for our products and Prints.
